1. General
By hiring or using services from Foquito Studio, the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all design, marketing, web development, and hosting services.
2. Services
Foquito Studio provides services including but not limited to:
Digital Marketing
Logo Design
Web Design
Web Hosting
Scope of work will be defined in writing before starting each project.
3. Payments
All projects require an upfront payment (percentage defined in proposal).
Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website launch.
Hosting services are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Revisions
Revisions apply only to the originally agreed scope.
“Content updates” include text and image changes only.
Structural or functional changes are quoted separately.
Excessive or out-of-scope requests may incur additional fees.
5. Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting includes basic technical maintenance.
Foquito Studio is not responsible for third-party outages, domain provider issues, or force majeure events.
Clients are responsible for renewing domains unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay hosting fees may result in website suspension or deletion.
6. Intellectual Property
Final logo and website designs become property of the client once full payment is received.
Foquito Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Concepts not selected remain property of Foquito Studio.
7. Limitation of Liability
Foquito Studio is not liable for:
Business losses
Data loss
Third-party platform changes
Security breaches caused by client negligence
Clients are responsible for content legality (images, text, trademarks).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Outstanding balances must be paid immediately.
